Born out of the vibrant Facebook community, Maryland Investor Network, previously known as Baltimore Investor Network, Maryland Investor Network Preferred Vendors emerged as a response to the group's growth and the need to manage increasing demand. Originally created to unite ethical real estate investors in Maryland, the group has now grown to over 21,000 members. Our primary goal remains the same: to foster a community where knowledge and prosperity are shared. The introduction of Preferred Vendors is a strategic move to address the evolving needs of our dynamic community.
